Newest Craft

The girls got together and did a 'summer' craft.  Here are some pictures of the event.

DJ's room

I bought some mirrors awhile ago for a project to do and I had some extra so I had to figure out what to do with them.  Here is what I came up with.  I really like how they turned out.

I added some stars to his wall.

 I have a couple more things I want to do in his room so I will post more pictures later.

Here is a craft I did for February. I love it!

DJ enjoys following the vacuum around so we decided to put him on it. So he took a vacuum ride and loved it!

"Daddy, this is fun!"He tried all sorts of ways to ride it!

He even wanted to vacuum a little himself, what a great helper!

New Years Eve

I can't believe that the new year is upon us already!

I had my mom, Shai, and her friend Angela over to do a craft early in the morning. I have been wanting to do this for awhile and then when Shai got some people together for a Christmas craft I figured we needed to do a winter one too! So here is what we did, I love it!For the last day in 2010 we decided to go to a movie, Gulliver's Travels. It was really good. While at the movie I was holding DJ in the back and Kurt called so I stepped out of the theater, like any good movie goer would do and answered my phone. He and Shai didn't make any plans for New Years Eve so they called to see what we were doing. I told them to come over and we would play games.

So they played the Wii for awhile.
Shaileen and I painted our toenails, while everyone played the Wii.Then we played Who? What? Where? Jr.Then we played Sponge Bob Operation. I hadn't realized that Jason and Shaileen were on the pro level for this game.
I put DJ asleep when we were playing operation, but not before a couple of pictures.We then hung out in the front room mainly watching tv. We all got super tired! Kurt and Shai left about 11:30 so they celebrated New Years driving home. Jason and I made it without falling asleep to ring in the new year.See Shai got super tired!

Painting

I have a blank wall in my kitchen and haven't known what to put on it. So, for Christmas I bought all of the kids a canvas to paint on and then hang up. I really love how they turned out!
